Student Nurse Apprentice Program (SNAP)
We have many programs in place to help you transition into healthcare and into Novant Health.
Novant Health’s Student Nurse Apprentice Program (SNAP) is available in the summer of 2012 in the greater Winston-Salem area only. Participants will gain the valuable experience of working closely with a RN preceptor to assist in providing care for a wide variety of patients in a designated unit. Hands-on experience and observation opportunities give a greater understanding of the field of nursing. The SNAP program is available to nursing students who are currently enrolled in a nursing program and have completed their junior year of RN training (one or two semesters from graduation).
