If you choose to participate in the program, coverage begins on the first day of the month following your first full month of employment.

We offer several plans with varying amounts of coverage for medical, dental and vision insurance. You may choose to cover any of your immediate, eligible family members.

Life Insurance

We offer basic life insurance as well as supplemental insurance for you and your spouse and for your children. We also offer AD&D coverage as well as short- and long-term disability.

Flexible Spending

These accounts were created to give you the opportunity to contribute pre-tax funds each month to a healthcare flexible spending account or a dependent care account.

Retirement Plus

Each month, you can make pre-tax contributions, post-tax contributions or both. Novant will match part of your contribution as well as provide an additional contribution for your retirement.

PTO

The Paid Time Off program is for all eligible employees and covers vacations, holidays, illness and other personal matters that can take you away from work. You will continue to earn a higher rate of PTO as your length of service increases.

Day Care

Some locations offer day care as well as sick-day care for your children. This is not available at all locations.
